You confirm that any content you upload (e.g., images, designs, text) for printed products does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. You warrant that you have obtained all necessary rights and permissions, and you grant Artsy Packaging a non-exclusive, royalty-free
licence to use such content solely for fulfilling your order.
You are solely responsible for all materials (the “Content”) submitted through our website, including images, text, graphics, and files. You agree not to upload or transmit content that:
Artsy Packaging Ltd reserves the right to remove content that breaches these terms or is otherwise objectionable. We may disclose user content when legally required or to protect our rights and users’ safety.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity that occurs under your account.
Customers may order a hard copy sample before bulk production. A small fee is charged for the sample, and full payment of the order amount is required upfront.
A refund for a sample is only available if:
If a sample is rejected without reasonable justification, tooling charges of £200 or more will be deducted at Artsy Packaging’s discretion. If you decide to move forward with bulk production after sample process, the sample fee is not refundable.
Once a sample enters production or is produced, changes to size, structure, or design are not permitted. Requests for updated samples will incur additional charges.
Order cancellation depends on the stage of production:
1. If the order is placed but no design work has started A cancellation fee of £25 + 5% of the total order value will apply.
2. If design work is already in progress A minimum 20% cancellation fee of the total order value will apply.
3. If the order is already in production Tooling charges will be deducted, and cancellation is not guaranteed.
4. If the order has been dispatched or complete The order cannot be cancelled.
Note: Tooling setups are proprietary to Artsy Packaging unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Production and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed under any circumstances, regardless of communication or confirmation method.
Artsy Packaging is not liable for delays caused by:
Customers cannot claim damages, compensation, or refunds based on delayed delivery. Acceptance of delayed orders is a condition of these Terms.
We use trusted international couriers such as DHL Express and FedEx for overseas deliveries.
Orders may ship from our UK or overseas production facilities, depending on specifications.
Moisture Disclaimer:
When boxes are delivered, they may contain some residual moisture from the printing and pasting processes, especially during humid weather or when produced at our overseas facilities.
This is a normal result of manufacturing conditions.
To resolve this, simply remove the boxes from their packaging and store them in a dry, well-ventilated area for a few days. This will allow any moisture to dissipate naturally. This does not affect the structure or functionality of the boxes in any way.
We offer three production speeds to suit your timeline:
1. Standard Production:
Estimated turnaround of 10–15 working days.
(Please note this is an estimate, not a guaranteed timeframe.)
2. Priority Production:
Completed in 10 working days.
Additional fees apply.
3. Express Production:
Completed in 7 working days.
Additional fees apply.
IMPORTANT: All production speeds are estimates only. Even Express and Priority orders are not guaranteed to meet stated timelines. No compensation or refund will be offered for delays in any production tier.
If a strict deadline is essential, this must be confirmed in writing and agreed to in a separate contract with guaranteed delivery terms (which will include additional costs or conditions). Standard Terms do not cover deadline guarantees.
Acceptance of Delays
Customers acknowledge that all production timelines are estimates only. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier issues, equipment failure, weather, customs delays, high order volumes, or material supply constraints. By placing an order, customers accept these timelines as estimates and waive any claims for compensation, refunds, or damages if delays occur.
Unless specifically requested, packaging materials used are not certified as food-grade. If you require certified materials, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Artsy Packaging shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its control, including:
In such cases, we will notify you promptly. Refunds will not be provided for delays. Customers must accept delayed orders and cannot claim compensation or damages for late delivery
